Helium Report is Now Halogen Guides

Halogen GuidesAt the beginning of March, we changed our company name from Helium Report to Halogen Guides to better illustrate what we do for readers: shed light on complex high-end purchase decisions.

It was difficult to outgrow a brand we’ve built for more than two years, but we believe our Halogen Guides name will better suit us as we expand into more categories that impact the lives of our affluent readers.

In October 2005, Greg Shove and I launched a simple blog to explain the destination club industry and provide readers with analysis on that big purchase. Since then, our team has grown and our coverage has expanded to include other real estate options such as private residence clubs and condo-hotels. We’re regularly quoted as industry experts in national news publications including the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.

Earlier this year, we announced a new site focused on private aviation, Halogen Guides Jets, the first in our new network of websites serving the affluent consumer. Check out new interactive tools such as the Private Jet Finder that helps you plan a charter trip or purchase a fraction of a jet.

This summer, we’ll launch a new website at HalogenGuides.com with additional topics spanning family, travel, real estate, wealth and leisure. We’ll continue to offer what we do best: objective editorial content, online tools and user reviews. We appreciate your continued readership and hope you’ll find the broader scope of our coverage valuable.
