Napa Valley’s ultra-luxury Calistoga Ranch recently announced the release of the third and final phase of sales at its fractional development, the Lodges at Calistoga Ranch. The release represents the last piece of the resort puzzle for the Auberge-run retreat, which is now finished with all construction and fully operational.
One-tenth shares in the new lodges, each a 2,500 square foot, two-bedroom marriage of indoor and outdoor living space, are currently selling for $475,000. Phase III opened up 120 new stakes in the 27 homes now available at the property, and each share comes with two weeks of reserved use and unlimited space available reservations.
Calistoga is situated on 157 wooded acres at the north end of Napa Valley, and makes good use of its natural surroundings with a guest-only lakefront restaurant, open-air fitness facilities, plenty of hiking trails and, perhaps most notably, a wine cave where members can store their Napa booty and hold private parties and dinners. This, of course, goes hand in hand with their impressive vintners program, which brings events and tastings with local winemakers on-site every week of the year. All the standard amenities—concierge service, refrigerator stocking, housekeeping—are present and accounted for, and a full spa rounds out the resort experience.
Travel around the valley a bit and you’ll find the Orchard at Carneros Inn, another unique luxury fractional development in Napa, as well as several destination club homes, including offerings from Quintess, LRW and the new ultra-high-end Solstice home in Yountville.
