A BelleHavens member recently sent in this review of the Norman Estates home in La Quinta, California – a 3,100 sq. ft. residence and the destination club’s 11th and latest home.
Ffrench is a senior vice president, branch manager at Studley, a national commercial real estate firm. La Quinta is a 2-hour drive from San Diego, where Ffrench and his family live. The proximity of the home factored into Ffrench’s decision to join BelleHavens.

We have three boys, all under age 10, and each likes to be doing something different at the same time. The La Quinta home allows the boys to play in the private pool with toys that they choose, rather than toys that have to be approved by a resort or hotel. And while one plays in the pool, another can watch television or play video games inside.
My wife and I have enjoyed entertaining dinner guests in the romantic poolside cabana that overlooks the golf course. When the sun goes down, the lights from the outdoor fireplace and chandelier over the cabana dining table reflect off the pool water, and it’s just spectacular!
