Both of these properties are within a 20-minute drive to Chef Keller’s restaurants; French Laundry, Bouchon and Ad Hoc are all located in Yountville, which is less than ten miles north of Napa. Be advised that The French Laundry’s reservations are hard to come by even with an expert concierge.

Luxury Fractional Real Estate in San Francisco

• Resort Equities offers 1/8th shares in its Union Square property for $375,000, with reciprocity agreement with its other ten properties. At the time of writing, their Odeon Penthouse is the only fractional property ready for occupancy in San Francisco.
• The Fairmont Heritage at Ghirardelli Square is also in its pre-completion phase. Its five-week, 1/10 deeded ownership shares are priced at $250,000.
